Dive Meet Etiquette
For the safety of the diver and quality of performance, it is very important that divers are not distracted while on the board during dive meets. In an effort to protect the divers, everyone must follow a few simple rules during the dive meets.
-Cell phone ring tones must be turned off or put on vibrate.
-Should a spectator receive a cell phone call, the spectator should remove themselves from the dive well area.
-Spectators should not talk openly near the dive well. Silence allows the diver to concentrate on the dive.
-Flash cameras are not permitted while divers are on the board.
